In order to buy, sell, lease or otherwise transfer a unit, The Colonnade on 5th requires an application form which can be found on the home page.  

• All applications must be complete, including all required documents and fees, before the application will be processed.  Incomplete applications are automatically denied until completed.

• All application fees must be paid in advance before the application will be processed.  Mail checks for all fees to P.O. Box 7068, Naples, FL  34101 or hand deliver to 3200 Bailey Lane, #116, Naples, FL  34105.  
• Governing documents, and other required information can  be downloaded from the home page.
• Financial information can be downloaded by the unit owners after they log into their owner's portal.   
• Estoppels can be ordered by e-mailing [email protected] and must be pre-paid.
